本人在Exness平台的交易账户为14056071，识别码959002，本人姓名：罗明星，联系电话：18258323796，我在Exness平台交易多年，在前面交易经历中，入金通道一直处于不顺畅的状态，每次需要入金的时候的时候不是在维护就是故障，打人工电话不知道打了多少回，回复永远只有耐心等待一句话，做平台最起码的出入金通道保证顺畅才是对客户最重要的，当时选择Exness也是因为你们声称7*24小时出入金无忧，但实际上出入金真的存在很大问题，我统计了我交易账户从2023年9月至2024年4月，因入金无法完成导致我账户亏损的一共有13次，均以爆仓亏损，亏损金额达102486.27美元，我要求Exness平台对这些因无法入金导致我账户亏损的进行一次性赔偿，前面我对2024年4月5日那次的相关证据已发邮件进行了申诉，希望平台对所有订单号进行赔偿，请尽快处理我这两次的申诉，也希望平台能改善交易环境，提升客户的体验感。详见附件入金失败和爆仓照片。

本人一直在平台交易，贵平台入金通道经常不顺畅，最近一次于北京时间2024年4月5日晚上，我从22：40开始入金操作，尝试了多种入金方式，入金操作了近40次，均无法完成入金，期间也打过客服电话，客服答复就是耐心等待，直到账户因保证金不足爆仓，入金仍然无法进行。现在我强烈要求平台将我此次亏损的资金赔偿给我交易账户内，平台一直宣传7*24小时出入金无忧，这不是一次发生这种情况，多次发生，我要求将此账户亏损给予我赔偿。前面几次均出现同样的问题，导致我账户亏损严重，我要求将我2024年2月26日到2024年4月5日亏损的63000美金赔偿我
