客户经理在玩猫捉老鼠的游戏！客户经理手机一直关机，微信屏蔽，今天手机打通了，没有接，第二次打，又关机了，券商要么一直一句话，已经联系客户经理处理，要么一直置之不理，连邮件都懒得回，我不知道他们想做什么？这样有意思么？请希盟能够堂堂正正的站出来解决这个问题，而不是逃避，逃避解决不了任何问题的

券商一直不处理问题，发好几封邮件，券商只回一句已经联系客户经理，又过去半个月了，还是依然未有任何人出面协调

2023年10月19日MT4时间15:29分15秒在交易账户保证金充足的情况下，平台系统自动平仓，造成主账户和跟单账户共25万美金的亏损！发生问题的第一时间联系了客户经理进行沟通，客户经理确定不是技术交易导致的平仓问题，而是券商系统问题导致的平仓！客户经理联系券商平台进行调查，两周后，客户经理的答复是，券商没查出原因！后来IB代理和几个客户发邮件给券商进行询问情况，券商未回邮件，而是第一时间更改了所有客户的MT4交易密码，以及封禁了客户后台的登录权限，导致MT4账户无法登录，并且后台无法出金！后来经过交涉，券商做了一个协议，让IB代理签了协议，客户账户才被解封！之后，客户经理一直说券商没查出原因，不给处理，截止目前，两个多月了，依然不给处理！现，券商恶意把跟单账户，10月19 日的MT4数据做了压缩隐藏，账面全部显示的出金，而且数据不对！（主交易账户和其他自助交易账户10月19日的数据是正常的，未做打包，可以看到）当时主账户净值可用预付款预付款比例显示都是负值而跟单账户都是正常的，我怀疑是券商系统出现问题，这个情况也录屏提供给了券商，券商一直未回邮件，客户经理说券商怀疑我给的录屏是假的（录屏时我在和客户经理通话，时时录屏给客户经理的）后来客户经理，券商还是一直置之不理，说查不出来原因！12月18号和客户经理再次沟通，客户经理的态度是券商不管，让我发邮件找券商处理，我给券商发邮件，券商不回，晚上我以及底下客户后台又全部被封，自主交易客户的后台也被封，客户经理手机关机，微信不回，发券商邮件，至今也一直不回，联系官方客服，官方客服一直说已联系客户经理，可是从来没有人联系过我，第5次问官方客服，官方客服再也无回答任何消息！给券商发邮件一直不回，发生问题最起码得正常沟通都没有！请券商能够保持一个正常的沟通方式来协商处理此事！
