科蓝软件：控股股东及其一致行动人拟合计减持不超5%公司股份
科蓝软件3月20日公告，公司控股股东、实际控制人王安京及一致行动人宁波科蓝盛合投资管理合伙企业持有公司股份107,819,662股（占公司总股本比例23.33%），计划自本公告披露日起3个交易日后6个月内通过大宗交易或集中竞价的方式减持其首次公开发行股票前持有的公司股份不超过2310.8922万股，即合计减持不超过公司总股本的5%。
