恒瑞医药：子公司盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂获药品注册证书
恒瑞医药3月19日公告，近日，公司子公司上海恒瑞医药有限公司收到国家药监局核准签发的《药品注册证书》。盐酸右美托咪定是一种高选择性α2-肾上腺素受体激动剂，具有抗交感、抗焦虑和近似自然睡眠的镇静作用，同时具有一定的镇痛作用，适用于行全身麻醉的手术患者气管插管和机械通气时的镇静、用于重症监护治疗期间开始插管和使用呼吸机患者的镇静。目前国内外尚无右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂上市。截至目前，盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂项目累计已投入研发费用约5518万元。
