本人帐号88831749从去年6月分开始一直申请出金，到现在还没有成功出金，大通金融一直表示在处理中，有一次扣款了，以为要出金，最后又回到帐号上了，申请人民币出金1000USD，帐号剩余1035.13USD，要求大通金融平台立即处理出金问题
