航宇微5月8日公告，颜军因个人原因，申请辞去公司第六届董事会董事、董事长、董事会战略发展委员会主任委员的职务，颜军辞职后将担任公司名誉董事长、首席科学家。截至本公告披露日，颜军直接持有公司61,407,194股股份，占公司总股本的8.81%。
经公司董事会全体董事推举并经第六届董事会第七次会议审议通过，由公司董事邓湘湘代行董事长及董事会战略发展委员会主任委员职责，直至选举产生新任董事长之日止。
